Kevin is a highly driven innovator and entrepreneur with a passion for using technology to bring people together and improve business outcomes.

As someone who has launched, grown, and sold his own MSP, and as a fractional CIO regularly entrusted to hire and oversee MSPs, Kevin uniquely understands what clients need in an MSP, and what MSPs need in a client. He also knows how difficult it is for customers to find the right MSP, and vice versa.

With the development of MSPwiz, Kevin uses automation, AI, and actual human experience and expertise to help businesses find the right outsourced IT service provider and simplify the customer acquisition process for MSPs.

Sean is a seasoned professional with a strong focus on people and a deep passion for technology, rooted in his education in nursing and engineering.

As a Managing Partner, he leverages his extensive background in both healthcare and IT to enhance MSPwiz’s compliance and overall strategy, driving success for both internal operations and customer outcomes.

Dan is a 30-year veteran of B2B marketing communications. His career spans senior roles at Boston’s high-tech PR agencies and running corporate PR, IR, and marketing for a publicly traded company as its VP of Corporate Communications.

Over the last decade, Dan has built his own consultancy, specializing in the content-development and PR needs of F500 companies and startups alike in energy and technology.

Brian Hanify

Brian Hanify serves as the Vice President of Channel Partnerships and Strategic Accounts at Integris (formerly TechMD), one of the nation’s largest managed service providers.

With a focus on delivering innovative IT and cybersecurity solutions, Brian works closely with partners and clients to ensure their technology aligns seamlessly with business objectives, driving measurable success.

His leadership is instrumental in fostering strategic partnerships and expanding Intergis’s presence as a trusted provider in the managed IT services and cyber security industry. Brian previously worked in executive leadership roles at Fidelity Capital and Saint-Gobain.

George Mellor

A Corporate Development Specialist providing strategic guidance on innovative vCIO solutions and services designed to drive managed service provider revenue growth, expand mission-critical monthly recurring revenue streams, and elevate operational effectiveness.

Expertise includes advancing Business Development, optimizing Framework Design, and re-engineering processes to help MSP businesses thrive in the next-generation, subscription-based economy by aligning client business objectives with technology investments by harnessing the power of AI, Cloud, Digital Technologies and innovative Frameworks.

He’s held numerous Executive Level positions within the IT Solution Provider and Managed Services space participating in four (4) effective exits along with founding two (2) successful SaaS companies.

George has served on high-level Vendor Technology Provider Councils including: Cisco Systems – Executive Partner Council and Partner Operations Advisory Board; Lenovo – Services Advisory Council; Hewlett Packard – Partner Services Advisory Board; CompTIA Facilitator and Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Don Penland

Don Penland is a seasoned MSP operator, private equity executive, and value creation strategist with more than two decades of experience scaling IT services companies through organic growth, operational excellence, and M&A. Over his career, Don has helped build, lead, and exit multiple MSP platforms, guiding organizations from founder-led operations to professionally scaled, private equity backed companies. He has completed more than twenty acquisitions, led complex integrations across technical, operational, and go to market functions, and helped drive two successful recapitalizations.

After spending more than 20 years in operator roles, Don shifted his focus to investing and serving as an operating partner to private equity firms. In this capacity, he partners with MSP founders to accelerate growth, strengthen margins, expand service offerings, and prepare organizations for strategic exits. His operator first mindset combined with private equity discipline makes him a sought after advisor to both investors and MSP leadership teams aiming to build durable, scalable businesses.

Don brings a unique perspective shaped by hands-on operational leadership, deep M&A experience, and a strong track record of creating long-term enterprise value. His expertise helps bridge the gap between founders and investors, equipping MSPs with the structure, strategy, and support needed to grow confidently into their next chapter.

Bill Fistori

Bill is a seasoned C-Level executive, investor, and advisor with 26 years in the technology industry.

A self-made entrepreneur, he excels at identifying core strengths to uncover B2B market opportunities that enhance performance. As CEO of BossNine Technologies, he drives revenue growth and operational excellence.

Bill also advises startups and previously served as membership chairman of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization in Boston. He completed the Entrepreneurial Master’s Program at MIT Sloan and holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Charlton School of Business.

She brings a unique background bridging sales and operations, including prior experience leading a Fortune 500 sales team that consistently exceeded a $5M annual quota.

Dori helps MSPs and channel partners translate strategy into execution, accelerating sales cycles and improving close rates through operational alignment. As an investor in a PE-backed MSP that successfully exited in 2023, Dori brings a practical, results-driven lens to growth, scalability, and profitability.

Dean is the Chief Pooch Officer at MSPwiz, where he pawsitively leads the pack in canine creativity and tail-wagging innovation.

When he’s not busy barking up the right trees in meetings or chasing squirrels outside the office, Dean enjoys playful romps with his buddy Kenny, indulging in his favorite nubs, and taking leisurely strolls through the scenic trails of New Hampshire.
